We'll inspect all of your facilities and grounds to ensure that they are properly being managed and maintained. Asset inspections can be performed monthly, bi-monthly, semi-annual or annually and include:
* Inspection of all assets such as lakes, preserves, roadways, signage, sidewalks, pump stations, street lighting, boardwalks, fences, storm water management system and any facilities.
* Non working equipment such as fountains and aerator units will be logged.
* Annual Lake Bank Erosion Evaluation (included if monthly Asset Inspections are being performed).
* Annual Sidewalk Safety Evaluation (included if monthly Asset Inspections are being performed).
* Detailed reported provided after each inspection.
* Aerial Videography & Photography availability
We'll inspect all of your lake banks and will log all of the moderate to severe erosion that is currently present. Items that will be included in the report will include:
* Identify severity & type of erosion: Bank Drop-off / Vertical Erosion & Bank washouts / gully.
* Linear footage of vertical erosion.
* A written report including aerials of your community showing the erosion location
We'll inspect all of your sidewalks and will log & ID on a map where all your problems are. Items that will be included in the report will include:
* Log all up-lifted sidewalk panels that are potential tripping hazards which should be ground down or replaced damaged.
* Log all damaged sidewalk panels that are in need of repair or replacement.
* Log all curb ramps with missing or damaged detectable warning mats.
* A repair estimate.
One of the most important assets in your community is your storm water management system and you want to make sure that the water control structures are ready for the rainy season! Our visual inspection will include:
* Visual inspection of each water control structure for any damage or deficiencies.
* Vegetation encroachment or obstructions.
* Silt and/or debris build up inside or around the water control structure.
* A post report with map showing each WCS and follow-up recommendations.
It's important to make sure that your preserve remains in compliant with South Florida Water Management District.
* Site inspection to document the current conditions of the on-site preserve areas.
* Post report to include a discussion of the overall findings including current conditions of the conservation areas that require additional maintenance.
* Provide recommended remedial actions to be taken within all problematic areas.
* Panoramic photographs will be taken in areas that require additional maintenance.
