ABOUT US

Community Field Services was established by the professional team, of Christopher & Dorota Pepin. Our mission goal is to provide our services in a timely, professional, and economically manner with the over all goal of assisting our clients manage their daily field operations and costs.  

We have provided field consulting and maintenance services to an extensive number of communities including some of our current clients; Premier District Management, Colonial Country Club CDD, Heritage Palms CDD, Habitat CDD, Laguna Lakes CDD, Renaissance CDD, Clearwater Cay CDD, Moody River Estates CDD, and the Port of the Islands CID. Community Development District Boards appreciate the value of our monthly field management services as some of their assets have never been maintained until we came on board.

Community Field Services is based out of Cape Coral, Florida. Christopher & Dorota Pepin have over 31 years of combined experience in the management and customer service fields. 23 of those years has been working closely with communities throughout Southwest Florida helping them achieve their maintenance and project goals.
